Estate and Property Monitoring

Our estate and property monitoring services are custom-designed to provide our clients peace-of-mind during their extended stays away from home. These services consist of weekly, bimonthly or monthly inspections. While at your property, we will conduct a visual inspection of your estate to ensure that it is well protected and that all major household systems are in working order. Our stringent homeowner reporting policy ensures that potential issues or areas of concern are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.   

We also provide 24-hour alarm response service, which is designed to work closely with the client’s home security monitoring company.  All incidents are promptly answered and examined to verify the nature of the alarm. Our responding personnel will conduct a thorough inspection of the premises, initiate appropriate course of action to remedy the situation, and notify the proper authorities when warranted.

Maintenance

Citadel Property Services provides comprehensive preventative maintenance services designed to protect and preserve our client’s real estate investments.  Our home maintenance program helps to eliminate extensive, costly repairs that often result from deferred maintenance.

Our home maintenance program begins with a thorough home inspection, which is conducted by one of our experienced maintenance professionals.  That information is used to develop a customized maintenance program.  

Citadel Property Services’ longstanding relationship with a variety of experienced vendors, installers and sub-contractors ensures that our clients receive the very best services at the most competitive price.  Our maintenance administrator will coordinate and supervise all maintenance projects at each step along the way.

Personal Concierge
